Surftech repair nose snap. Big old crack to the bottom skin.
HD foam and inner glass vacuumed in place.
Sanded back to shape and ready for outer glass.
Outer glass on and primed ready for 5 coats of gloss reinstate pinlines and 5 coats of laquer.I was in such a rush to get this one done ready for a competition the next day that i totally forgot the finished pictures. I really should tidy those wires up under the table some day.
